Responsibilities
- Reporting to Director
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks assigned to you
- Coordinate with various client and supplier to manage Managing Director’s calendar for appointments, meetings, events and functions
- Take and circulate minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up actions in the minutes are carried out
- Make arrangements for the MD’s business trips including but not limited to itinerary planning, flight, hotel, transportation, reservations, currency and business meetings
- To maintain proper records of MD’s monthly expenses claims and submit it accordingly
- To maintain proper records of documents, events and articles of the Corporate Department
- Draft and proof-read emails and letters on behalf of the MD
- Receive and attend to all of the MD’s guests
- To liaise with business partners and all other parties for tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences
- Experience in new energy power battery raw material Industry is preferred
- At least 1-year Personal Assistant experience
- At least 1-year corporate administrative/ secretarial working experience
- Fluent in English for professional business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other east Asian languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel when necessary
