- Position: Project Coordinator (Interior Design / Building/ Night Shift REQUIRED)
- Location: ANG MO KIO
- Working hours: 6 days work week: Monday-Saturday, 7.30am – 10pm (able to work night shift)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $4200 + Transport allowance
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Interior Design Firm
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage projects independently
- Oversee project operations and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers on project matters
- Ensure that project works are completed with respect to the scheduled dates
- Cost and quality control of projects
- Ensure that construction teams and sub-contractors adopt all necessary measures and comply with safety, environmental and other relevant legislation and requirements in the contract
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
- Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals
- Relevant working experience in related field and proven management abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- With valid class 3 license will be an advantage - not a must
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and be teamwork oriented
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
