Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing significant projects, includes business systems analysis or technical writing. Activities require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions.
- Focus specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas,
- Identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications.
- Coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and control of all information systems and technology capabilities, both internally and externally.
- System design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management, and computer operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst in Banking or Insurance industry is mandatory.
- Knowing technology and SDLC (waterfall or Agile) is a must
- Having experience or exposure in regulation, credit origination or corporate lending.
- Able to communicate with and engage stakeholders at different levels from different functions
- Able to bridge technology and business and convey the message efficiently
