Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries from new and existing customers via phones, emails and other sources
- Uploading and generating data reports, data entry and filing duties
- Coordination with delivery and maintenance team to ensure efficient operations of the department
- Record daily sales and cash reportings
- Update maintenance reports to Operations manager
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to Management
- Documentation for audits and commission payable details
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Strong team player, independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Patient and able to handle customers in a polite and professional manner
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
