Roles & Responsibilities
Position title : Administrative staff
Location: Rangoon Road
Working Days: 5.5 days alternate
Working hours : 9am - 6pm ; 9am-1pm (after probation can work from home on Sat)
Salary : $2000 - $2500
Job Scope
· Handle bookkeeping
· Update system, emails & phone calls
· Data entries and financial records
· Provide company administrative support and tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Preferably min 3-year relevant experience ; bookkeeping knowledge and good at administrative work
- Experience with the QuickBook system preferred.
- Basic Accounting knowledge preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
