We are looking for an individual with strong interest in finance/insurance industry to join us as Admin Assistant n the scondary market for insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Providing the Management with administrative support and coordination
- Preparation of Documentation and Data-Enrty
- Act as a liaison between the Company and Clients e.g. communicating and meeting up with Clients
- To learn relevant pricing skills in the course of work
- Any other ad hoc projects which may be assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel/Power Point/Word
- Analytical, conscientious and dependable
- Logical and systematic working style
- Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable to changes
- Knowledge of insurance products will be advantage
