Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, etc.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
- To co-ordinate travel arrangement planning, flight, accommodation, visa application and transportation
- Familiar with government sector such as MOM, IRAS etc application cor-ordination & submission
- Prepare and generate reports.
- Any other duties as and when required.

- Mature, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Resourceful, flexible and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
