- Obtain necessary planning and building regulations approval.

- Monitor and inspect contractors' work to ensure it meets structural integrity standards.
- Evaluate properties to assess conditions and foundations.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) technology for simulation and design purposes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Registration: Registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management.
- Other Requirements:Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong understanding of physics and mathematics related to structural engineering.
