Job Description:
- To provide administrative support to the project team during project implementation such as documentation control, liaison, and coordination with vendors/consultants/owners. Ensure proper documentation, maintain, archive, and update records accordingly.
- To assist the engineer in formatting and standardizing tender specifications/letters/documents.
- To prepare drawing list, transmittal form, and letters.
- Upload and download drawings/documents using engineering software.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidates with a minimum GCE'O'level certificate who have experience working for a construction company handling project admin duties are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC literate.
- Proactive with work and able to communicate well.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work alone and with a team.
