Our client is a healthcare group in Singapore and they are looking to recruit a high calibre HR Assistant Director to join one of the business units.
The role will lead a small team and work closely with the Heads of Departments and line managers on human resource matters such as manpower planning and resourcing; talent acquisition; employee engagement and talent retention.
In doing so, the role will implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exit.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with strong communication skills, proactive and collaborative who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, a strong track record working in healthcare industry, with a minimum of 12 years of HR experience.
