Work you will do
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Manager with strong expertise in Life Sciences and Health Care to join our team. This Project Management career path in SAP is ideal for candidates ready to take on the responsibilities of managing projects and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves overseeing medium to large projects or managing project workstreams within larger projects, providing critical support to experienced project and program managers.
You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:
- Managing all functions within the SAP Project Management areas, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee all aspects of the SAP project lifecycle, including the Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the SAP project team, understanding the scope, objectives, and roles of each team member.
- Support program managers within the PMO, assisting with planning, execution, and closing activities.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences and Health Care to align project outcomes with industry-specific goals and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize SAP systems to achieve project objectives, ensuring compliance with Life Sciences and Health Care standards.
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise clients on Life Science Heath Care leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions.
- Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
- Providing best practices with your profound knowledge in SAP sales and logistics processes.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
- Tertiary Education in Business Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in SAP with relevant industry experience in the Life Science Health Care Industry.
- Involved in at least 5 end-to-end full life cycle of SAP implementations, including leading teams in such implementations.
- Demonstrated experience/exposure as an SAP S/4HANA solution architect and integration manager.
- Profound knowledge in SAP Sales and Logistics.
- Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
- Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area(s) of focus.
- Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
- Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions.
- Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
