Business Management - Corporate Administration is responsible for a wide range of activities supporting corporate and business unit needs. Activities include administrative support, ancillary support, business resilience and security, corporate real estate, and more. The Business Unit Management area is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of a front office or infrastructure or area. Responsibilities may include budgeting and forecasting. May assist in strategic business planning.
1. Understand & progresses the team towards the function’s priorities and strategic goals
2. Plan and coordinate staff education, training, engagement and collaboration initiatives/forums for the function
3. Business Management activities, including (but not limited to) communications and space management
4. Support various management and governance forums & workshops
5. Support special initiatives that may arise
6. Partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to achieve the objectives
ü Experience in Project Management an advantage
ü Solid organizational skills including a methodical approach to planning & process, attention to detail and accuracy
ü Able to produce structured and effective presentations
ü Proficient in creating presentations using the Microsoft suite of software
ü Lateral thinker, able to drive quality outcomes in ambiguous settings
ü Able to handle multiple priorities, and deliver with quality under tight timeframes
ü Highly self-motivated, people-oriented & pro-active, and a collaborator with flexibility to take on special initiatives that may arise
ü Comfortable with engaging senior management
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ü Has experience organizing events (include engaging vendors/providers for RFQ) for >100 pax in a professional setting
ü Enjoys interaction with good communication skills.
