Project Manager (M&E / ACMV)
Responsibilities:
• Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality
• Lead, plan and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects in A&A or newly built sector in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
• Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangement
• Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
Ensure the site team comply with client & regulatory requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
