Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of multiple current customers (airlines, brokers, OEMs, Lessors,..)
- Maintain regular contact (by phone, email, regular meeting) with all current and new customers by taking their requests and answering it in a proactive manner.
- Administers customer account, including ERP contract administration and handling of orders administration.
- Provides prompt response to customer on price, capability and delivery schedules and any other enquiries
- Ensures customer order status, weekly status reports, purchase orders, quotations and invoices are accurately generated and recorded
- Liaise with our Internal Stakeholders and/or Singapore/French office
- Assist on customers’ AOG request
- Interpret and clearly document customer requirements to anticipate, meet and exceed their needs
- Participate to the Company’s sales target
- Follow-up on payment with customers
- Update the QDS system
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels/ Diploma in any relevant
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the aviation industry preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethics, team player, customer oriented with meticulous mindset
- Self-motivated person who can bring ideas and improve our existing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and ERP such as M3 or SAP
- Knowledge in Power BI system will be a plus.
- Travel required for this position.
