Responsibilities:
- Engage children meaningfully through the customization of curriculum and use of appropriate pedagogy
- Compile portfolio including observing and evaluating students’ performances and behaviors
- Maintain proper children’s records and prepare child’s portfolio for Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC)
- Design quality learning environments
- Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children through positive interactions
- Strengthen partnership with parents
- Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns, and challenges during meetings
- Participate in event planning
- Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least an ACECCE or a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Industry
- Enthusiastic and passionate about children
- Conscientious and a team player
- Possess a high level of commitment
- Proficient in the English/Chinese Language (both written and spoken)
- Computer literacy skills are an advantage
