Job Description
- Strategy Planning and Project Management - Formulate and drive strategy plan to support the organisation in moving towards the use of cloud hosting/ tools/products, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Develop project plan to monitor status, progress of cloud migration/adoption and report key risk and issues for continuous improvement to change planning processes.
- Change Management - Develop and implement change management strategies jointly with key stakeholders across functional areas. This includes conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, support project teams in obtaining the governance/process approvals necessary. In supporting project teams with their cloud adoption projects, you will need to assist in developing the business case for healthcare IT projects, funding request, governance and process, performance outcomes, and post implementation reviews where necessary.
- Governance and Process Improvement - Part of the Secretariat for the Steering Committee responsible for driving adoption/migration to cloud hosting/tools/products. Foster collaboration to ensure that that new and existing policies and governance functions remain practical, relevant and aligned with operational needs.
- Engagement Lead - Formulate and drive engagement plans with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector, in alignment with broader organisation objectives and priorities.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Familiarity with engagement, change management and project management approaches, tools and methodology.
- Keen learner with a positive attitude in understanding and navigating the complexities in HealthTech, resilient to work under pressure, resourceful.
- Good communication skills and ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in implementation in cloud hosting/tools/products is preferred; experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills, as well as professional writing and presentation skills.
