Key Responsibilities:
- office administration, inventory, and procurement of items such as pantry supplies, office stationery, etc.
- Ensure functional facilities in the office, including lights, air conditioning, pantry management to support company’s infrastructure
- Assist HR in the onboarding and exit clearance process of employees
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation logistics and visa applications,
- Administer internal and external training program registrations.
- Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, data collation and filing.
- Provide support for company events and handle incoming phone calls and reception duties when required.
- Coordinate courier services and schedule meetings/ appointments.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in relevant administrative roles. Fresh graduates with demonstrated skills are welcome to apply.
- Possess a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Effective communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Productive time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quick learning aptitude.
- Fluent in English and mandarin, able to speak Thai Language will be advance
