Key Responsibilities:

  • office administration, inventory, and procurement of items such as pantry supplies, office stationery, etc.
  • Ensure functional facilities in the office, including lights, air conditioning, pantry management to support company’s infrastructure
  • Assist HR in the onboarding and exit clearance process of employees
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation logistics and visa applications,
  • Administer internal and external training program registrations.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, data collation and filing.
  • Provide support for company events and handle incoming phone calls and reception duties when required.
  • Coordinate courier services and schedule meetings/ appointments.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in relevant administrative roles. Fresh graduates with demonstrated skills are welcome to apply.
  • Possess a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Productive time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quick learning aptitude.
  • Fluent in English and mandarin, able to speak Thai Language will be advance
