Job Description
The interim Digitalization Project Manager (Associate Director) is responsible for the successful integration of digitalization solutions involving the GMP related systems at Singapore BioNTech Manufacturing site. This is achieved by driving the overarching project management for the implementation of these systems. The role closely collaborates with the global system architect, external service providers, internal project teams (including the local and global SAP project management) and the Project Managers of the respective systems to locally align all projects, changes and releases impacting the Singapore site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the in-time implementation of the GMP related software solutions for the Singapore site as a Project Manager. This includes e.g. update the overarching implementation project plan, regular reporting and escalation of challenges to management and other stakeholder management as needed, highlight any foreseen risks and propose mitigation plans, bring sites interests to global attention and identify and clarify upcoming site demands.
- Lead the identification & implementation of an interim maintenance and scheduling solution as a Project Manager.
- Be the Singapore SAP Project Manager in the absence of a dedicated SAP Project Manager. Doing this, you are the main interface to the global SAP project team and coordinate the project activities incl. the organization and preparation of workshops.
- Onboard and steer the external SAP Project Manager once this person is hired.
- Represent the Singapore site in any activities involving alignment on digitalisation plan with Global teams.
- Steer the external digitalization Project Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience in pharma, operations and GxP in IT or process and project management
- Experienced manufacturing project and integration manager with know-how about GMP systems
- Strong project, stakeholder and communication management skills, leadership capabilities
- Very good pharma and biotechnology process knowledge
- SAP and csv knowledge
