- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal controls and risk management strategies to enhance the security and reliability of DeFi operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and interdepartmental coordination.
- Assist in compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in DeFi and blockchain technology.
- Conduct business analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Singapore office, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Plan and execute company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and setting up workstations.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as leave management and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement employee experience programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of office-related expenses.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience considered).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in general affairs, office management, and executive assistance.
- Broad corporate service experience, including Office Management, Real Estate, Procurement, Sourcing, Physical Security, Executive Assistance, etc.
- Background experience in blockchain technologies and companies.
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and their application in business operations.
- Ability to support blockchain-related projects and initiatives.
- Prior experience in managing or coordinating office setups for new branches is advantageous
- Proven experience in office administration, event planning, and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Skilled in policy design, communication, and process improvement.
- Experience in procurement and/or HR is a plus.
- Well-organized, accountable, and a quick learner, can-do attitude and approachable personality.
- Prior experience in managing or coordinating office setups for new branches is advantageous.
