Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services
- Address customer inquiries about specific products and services
- Compare prices and features of products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Inform customers about current promotions and special offers
- Maintain shop displays, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure store cleanliness as per guidelines
- Keep informed about new products and services
Requirements:
- Understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing trends
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- 32-35 hours a week availability
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including 2 full days and additional flexible hours during the week.
- Ability to start inmediately
Compensation:
- Base monthly salary of 1,600 + CPF (+ Sales Comission)
