We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our F&B clients' brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms. This role involves curating content for our F&B clients with the objective of generating brand interest and driving sales. A solid understanding of social media management, search engine and social media advertising, and SEO is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, operations, and corporate sales, to develop strategic and tactical content.
Content Creation:
- Plan and create a social media editorial calendar to promote F&B brands on various platforms.
- Write and upload copy for social media posts, and other content.
- Curate video content for various social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Maintain and update an image bank with high-quality visuals.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Reply to, follow up on customer service enquiries on social platforms.
- Foster and grow an active, engaged online community by initiating conversations and building relationships with followers.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Conduct regular lead and performance tracking and reporting post-marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategies for better engagement and reach.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Review and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), publishers, media agencies, influencers, etc., in an online and offline database.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media metrics, SEO, and other social media tools to track and measure success.
- Passionate about social media and digital technologies, with a keen eye for design balance and composition in visual content.
- Fluent in English with strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Sound knowledge of social media marketing tools is preferred.
- Good knowledge of search and social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and content conceptualization and production is an advantage.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences is highly preferred.
