Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our advertising sales team at Muslim Pro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth processes from lead generation to campaign execution. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist in lead generation activities by researching potential advertising clients and identifying key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Manage communication with clients regarding advertising campaigns, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
2. Order Management:
- Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns by liaising with internal teams such as creative, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of advertising orders, contracts, and client communications using CRM software.
3. Data Analysis:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the sales team and clients.
- Identify trends and insights from data analysis to optimize advertising strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and streamline sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardized workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or related roles, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
