Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance on Project Charter, approval process, procurement and resource assignment related queries
- Track project revenue, cost, margin
- Prepare project forecasting, accrual, profit & loss
- Prepare management reports. Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting
- Monitor and track project status
- Process change request, monitor and tract status
- Support yearly budgeting and workplan exercise
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 10-15 years of relevant working experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Sharepoint and MS Teams
- Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings
- Effective information gathering and prepare management reports
