Key Responsibilities:
- - Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
- - Develop event proposals and budgets that align with client needs
- - Prepare quotations and tenders for potential clients
- - Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- - Coordinate logistics including transportation, catering, and AV requirements
- - Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- - Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs promptly and proactively
- - Communicate regularly with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless planning process and execution of events
- - Supervise event staff and ensure they are properly trained and prepared
- - Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports
- - Continuously seek opportunities to improve event processes and procedures
Requirements:
- - A bachelor's degree / diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- - At least 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, as well as account servicing or customer service, and preparing quotations and tenders
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- - Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
- - Fresh Graduates will be considered.
