The Executive will support the organisation’s strategic growth and development under Clinical & Academic Development. The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.
The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholderse to align processes and resources planning to the Division’s overall strategy.
The individual will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives
.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To translate business requirements into data visualization using Tableau
- To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
- To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Min a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
