Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore-Based Off-Shore Marine
- Working location: West (Transportation provided at JE, CCK, Bishan, Serangoon)
- Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am – 6pm
- Salary range: up to SGD 4,500 (dep on exp) + Performance Bonus
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle confidential information, files, and records with utmost care and organization.
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and training sessions, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including managing office tasks, scheduling travel, organizing documents, and setting up meetings.
- Assist in preparing and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Support the application process for grants and trademarks.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with government agencies and associations.
- Contribute to sales and marketing projects as needed.
- Record and summarize minutes from meetings.
- Relevant studies in Business/Finance/Law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
