Job Desciption:
- Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
- Manage and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
- Lead in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
- Participate in coordinating with client / consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
- Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
- Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably with a Degree in Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in LTA-MRT projects will be advantageous
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
- 6 days work week.
- Location: Tampines.
