We are looking for a people oriented person with track record in people management, promotion and consistently hitting/exceeding sales quota. Candidate should be a go-getter, and a people motivator. Experience in Door to Door sales, B2B sales, fund raising, sales management would be a big bonus.
Responsibilities
- Managing/motivating a group of interviewers
- Conducting In-Depth Interviews / FGDs where required
- Quality control – entails recalling and data coding
Qualifications / Skillsets
- A Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Business (e.g., HR), events management, sales etc. is preferred.
- Experience in sales, recruitment & project coordination would be an advantage.
- Confidence and an ability to communicate/speak/write well is a plus
- Excellent CCA records demonstrating leadership experience/management and Team Players are preferred.
- Exposure to research fieldwork (i.e. internships/school modules/part-time work/survey jobs) is a plus.
- Ability to speak a mother tongue is also plus.
