24 Months Contract
Working Location: Tuas
Main duties:
• Maintain site IT inventory of laptops desktops servers networking.
• Maintain site infrastructure and escalate to vendors or contractors for troubleshooting.
• Maintain sitewide AV media equipment and deployment for events and meetings
• Attend to break-fix activities for laptops servers and networking related equipment
• Attend and escalate software related troubleshooting
• Install and configure network aware CCTV application and troubleshoot when needed
• Engage with key stakeholders and client on relevant project requirements (Hardware/Software)
• Liase with vendors for procurement activities and for asset disposal
• Set up deploy and maintain network printers
• Maintain network security in quarterly password refreshes
• Set up and deploy Wi-Fi access points in collaboration with relevant vendors and contractors
• Conduct IT trainings for new joiners and take part in security administration activities
• Stand by duty for major network outages only when required
• Provide support for web based applications (Sharepoint , Prolog , Projectwise)
• Provide remote support to staff for troubleshooting activities
• Support onsite (4 days) and Gateway Head office (1 day) in a week
Requirement:
➢ Minimum Diploma in Information Technology with at least 5 years relevant working experience.
➢ Experience working in a project construction setting will be an added advantage.
➢ Proactive and having a good interpersonal skills.
➢ MS Suite.
