Duties:
- Involve in food production, receive and prepare ingredients
- Ensure consistency in quality and standard of food
- Assist in handling daily recording of food wastage, temperature recording and receiving of raw ingredients, etc.
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards as well as the overall hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management
Requirements:
- Able to work in a Central Kitchen environment (Mass Production, Freezer, Chiller, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pastry production
