Working hours: 4 days (44 hours) per week
- Clinics: Shiftwork in between clinics' operating hours
- Hospital: 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm shift
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
- Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
- Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
- Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
- Dispensing medication
- Perform various ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Have a love for animals.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
