Job Description
1. Assist in corporate secretary work and update ACRA
2.Understand corporate secretary duties and responsibilities
3. Working closely with BizFile filing system
4. Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
5. Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations.
Requirements
1.Prefer have at least 3 years of corporate secretary experiences
2.Willing to learn and good problem solving skills
3.Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
4. Good team player and willing to support teammates
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
6. Able to follow up on the job assign to them and prompt update to the supervisor
