Challenges :
- Regular visit to existing and new specialist doctors so as to establish good rapport and develop new business opportunities
- Develop marketing strategy and executing marketing projects from start to finish
- Develop relationships with channel suppliers (such as insurance company, specialist & GP clinics) for lasting working relationship
- Communicate and ensuring timely rollout of marketing plan
- Research demand for existing products/services and developing plans
- Perform competitor analysis and pricing research
- Identify potential customers segments (B2C and B2B)
- Develop promotional packages
- Compile lists describing our offerings (Product offering)
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Generate new business opportunity with doctors to our surgery centre
What it takes :
- Only candidate from healthcare field will be considered
- Diploma in business or marketing
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Self-motivator with the drive to meet & introduce new doctors to the centre
