Job Description
Examine account paperwork provided by Relationship Managers (RMs).
Guarantee prompt and precise handling of client modifications and adjustments to the accounts, following current bank protocols and guidelines.
Monitor and elevate document shortcomings correctly according to procedures.
Maintain high standards of service for internal clients, such as RMs/Assistant RMs.
Assist other departments with diverse tasks, including retrieving information and addressing issues.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma holder and above
Prior work in corporate or private banking
Has strong client documentation skills
Knowledge of Corporate Constitutional documentation of any of the following: Certificate of Incumbency, M&AA, Notice of Appointment, Registered Agent documentation from ACRA, would be ideal and a huge plus.
