Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Manage junior sales representatives to drive sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Manage purchase orders, stocks and quotations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in technical sales roles, preferably from maritime/ shipbuilding industry.
