Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director, Operations, the Clinical HOD(s), and key stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement new care models and clinical services
- Support the strategic development of these clinical services through redesigning the patient journey through improvement projects or new developmental initiatives for the clinical department.
- Guide a team in various aspects of Clinical Operations Support, which includes project management, data collection & analysis, resource management (including budgetary planning, procurement), event management, logistics, and other administrative/secretariat responsibilities.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary stakeholders on clinical service strategies and implementation plans, infrastructure matters, patient queries, IT issues, regulatory matters and financials to achieve patient-centred care.
- Liaise with the Senior Management from Clinical Depts, Operations as well as ground managers (from the clinics).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare administration
- Candidates with working experience with senior doctors/clinicians in planning and implementing clinical programmes at tertiary care institutions will be at an advantage
- Organised and meticulous individual with good project management, time management, and numerical proficiency
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships with different stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written skills (English), oral communications and presentation skills
