Our client is a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications.
They are looking for a FP& A manager who will be responsible for management P&L for the Asia Region.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Analytics
- Support the FP&A Team to orchestrate key finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Month Close, QBRs) across all Asia areas
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes
- Support the FP&A Team in analysis and ad-hoc projects
Financial Management
- Support the FP&A Team in driving and landing QFA (quarterly financial accountabilities) and complying with Global Operating Principles
- Ensure quality of OPEX planning which includes understanding and documentation of OPEX principles, assumptions and analytical review and calculations.
- Managing month end P&L. Ensure all material financial transactions are recorded in company’s accounting system in accordance with company policies
Business Support and Partnership
- Partner with the business leaders and process owners across Asia areas to provide insights and value-added analysis for the organization such as benchmarking analysis, spend management and resource allocation analysis
Controls and Compliance
- Support the FP&A Team to work with the Compliance team to drive overall controls and compliance agenda, including compliance framework, execution plan, testing and review.
- Liaise with auditors, both internal and external, to provide required documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with At least 10 years of FP&A (recent 4 years must have been in FP&A) at a regional capacity from a MNC environment.
- Statutory (Local GAAP, USGAAP) Accounting, Controlling, Tax knowledge (nice to have).
- Advance Microsoft Excel, be able to manage large data sets and pivot tables at the minimum. Able to build P&L / Finance models in either Excel or PowerPivot.
- Individual needs to be hands-on and independent with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Compliance and risk management experience.
- Should have good communication and strong analytical skills.
