Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Chairman
- Daily management of the employer’s business, organizing, coordinating, and scheduling meetings
- Assist with the Chairman’s email correspondence and document filing
- Assist the Chairman in business negotiations, prepare contract documents, and coordinate the planning and execution of contracts between the employer and negotiating parties
- Perform the full range of company secretarial duties for both listed and non-listed companies
- Attend board and committee meetings and record meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification
- Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Able to work on Weekends and irregular hours
- Have a minimum of 8 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high-level support
- This role required candidate to travel overseas frequently with Chairman
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
