Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Chairman
  • Daily management of the employer’s business, organizing, coordinating, and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with the Chairman’s email correspondence and document filing
  • Assist the Chairman in business negotiations, prepare contract documents, and coordinate the planning and execution of contracts between the employer and negotiating parties
  • Perform the full range of company secretarial duties for both listed and non-listed companies
  • Attend board and committee meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  • Able to work on Weekends and irregular hours
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high-level support
  • This role required candidate to travel overseas frequently with Chairman
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
