We are expanding and continuously looking for talents with a growth mindset to join our fun and dynamic team!Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Customers as soon as they arrive at the Salon
- Direct Customer to the appropriate Consultant/Beautician
- Answering phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
- Update calendars and schedule appointments
Handle POS, and cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received
- Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
- Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Relevant customer service experience
- Able to work on weekends and retail hours according to roster-ed shift
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations
- Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Committed, reliable & takes pride in work
Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred
