An established MNC in the automotive industry is seeking to hire passionate and suitable candidates to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales team and be the main point of contact between the sales team and customers
- Consolidate and manage sales related data for reporting purposes
- Control stock inventory and First-in-First-out (FIFO) allocation; provide regular updates to the sales team on inventory availability and order status
- Forecast and provide sales and order intakes for monthly estimates to HQ logistics
- Maintain and record orders and counter check that the orders are processed
- Update in the system for equipment sold
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales support/ planning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
