- Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations
- Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
- Arranging travel logistics for superintendents, including visa applications
- Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters
- Conducting phone tests and maintaining test records
- Updating and maintaining records for vessel meetings and reports
- Collecting HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) data from ship managers
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements - Minimum of a Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in the shipping industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
