Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with company's group to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and manage successful customer relationships, fostering synergy between customers and internal
- Actively work towards achieving company financial objectives, including pricing optimization, cash collection, accurate sales forecasting, and successful contract negotiation.
- Communicate and share Sales and Marketing strategies as needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the competitive landscape, market pricing, structure, and costing.
- Ensure the sales team adopts and systematically applies business processes to all sales activities.
- Establish effective communication within the sales team and ensure comprehensive reporting to the business.
- Contribute to strategic development plans for the Asia Pacific region.
- Participate in or facilitate the implementation of company-wide Health and Safety (HSE) prevention programs.
- Promote and drive a lean culture within the department and across the business.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Aerospace industry.
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing within the MRO industry.
- Strong leadership qualities and business acumen.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture strategically.
- Experience in developing and leading sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
