[Job Description]
・Support managers with general admin duties
・Provide timely and effective administrative services to other department
・Arrange documents sorting and filing
・Assist in reviewing and revising contract
・Responsible for the upkeeping of meeting rooms, storeroom and pantry area
・Responsible for the inventory of office supplies
・Liaise with third party services such as outsourcing service providers
・Miscellaneous office work such as courier handling, calls and mails handling, ordering office supply, welcoming guests etc.
・Planning and management of company event
・Other tasks and duties requested by management
[Requirement]
・Japanese / Writing, Reading and Speaking /Daily conversation level
・English / Business level
・More than two years of office administrative work experience
・Positive working attitude, independent and cooperative with co-worker
・Diploma or above
・Microsoft office proficiency and basic IT knowledge
・Able to use Google spreadsheet
・Multi-tasking
・Fast Learner and deliver work accuracy
・Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priories
