Duties
· Works closely with the group of companies to achieve sales targets. Monitors and is acutely aware of industry trends, competitors landscape and growth opportunities.
· Develops and drives implementation of sales strategies.
· Manages and build successful customer relationships, plays a key role in bridging synergy between customers .
· Participates actively towards realizing company financials including but not limited to optimization of pricing, cash collection, accurate sales forecast and successful contract negotiation.
· Communicates and shares Sales and Marketing strategies as required.
· Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure all internal stakeholders are communicated in terms of the competitive landscape, market pricing, structure, costing etc.
· Ensure business processes are adopted by the sales team and applied systematically to all sales activities.
· Establish communication within the sales team and ensure effective reporting to the business.
· Contribute actively to strategic development plans for the Asia Pacific region.
· Actively part-take in or facilitate implementation of organization wide Health and Safety (HSE) prevention programs.
· Drives the lean culture departmentally and business wide.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Possesses a Business/Marketing/Engineering or relevant discipline degree with at least 8 years of experience in the Aerospace industry.
· Proven track record of Sales and Marketing in the MRO industry.
· Possesses leadership qualities, excellent business acumen, an analytical mindset and a strategic capability to see the big picture.
· Demonstrates experience in developing and spearheading sales strategies.
· Possesses excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
