Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate activities to meet customers order requirements.
- Prepare sales instruction for Production Planner
- Liaise and coordinate closely with Planning, Production and Delivery Store team to meet delivery according to schedule
- Manage feedback from customers
- Check to ensure pricing accuracy
- Maintain and update sales order record
- Manage and Maintain contacts record
- Liaise closely and provide follow-up action to service the customers’ requirement.
- Arrangement to collect sample for pricing reference
- Liaise with forwarder to issue permit for Malaysia delivery
- Calculate the tonnage for each lorry and liaise with Planner to schedule delivery
- Liaise with departments for invoice/DO
- Arrange delivery schedule
- Sending of sample and documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
- O / Diploma in Business Administration
- with relevant experience in customer service /sales coordination
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed with proactive working attitude.
