Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandising and housekeeping for assigned departments or categories.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Meet sales targets for the department or category.
- Perform daily stock checks on high-demand and high-value products.
- Facilitate and conduct bi-monthly stock takes.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.
- Oversee shrinkage, damage, and inventory management.
- Address other shop-related tasks.
- Must have experience as a butcher.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum N Level qualification or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of retail experience.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and courteous attitude.
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
