Job Description
- Lead overall plant operation safety and EHS training.
- Mentor operational departments in EHS management.
- Implement EHS management systems and risk management plans.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and address hazards.
- Organize weekly EHS toolbox meetings.
- Train and supervise the emergency response team.
- Coordinate campaigns and training to enhance EHS awareness.
- Evaluate non-compliance and unsafe practices, propose corrective actions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing and/or chemical industry as a Safety Coordinator or Engineer.
- Possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
