- Assist customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and guiding them through purchases.
- Handle sales administration tasks like preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up on sales leads to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions for improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
