Responsibilites:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Maintain and enforce customer service standards and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive support including GST refunds, Smart Card applications, public announcements, and lost and found services.
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer problems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow through with necessary actions.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Compile and analyze customer feedback to enhance service standards and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 1 year of customer service experience for Junior role
- Rotating shift system, 930am to 630pm / 1240pm to 940pm (Shift allowance is provided)
