Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve the $100k grant target set by the Fundraising Team.
- Prepare and write grant applications and fundraising proposals.
- Provide grants administration support and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and donor reporting requirements.
- Oversee the incoming grant process, including grant registrations for grant donations.
- Monitor the utilization of grants, oversee claim submissions, and handle all queries from Grantors.
- Maintain the donor database.
- Assist the Fundraising Team in identifying new donors and developing engagement strategies to expand the donor network.
- Conduct desk research and stay current on trends in philanthropy to identify new funding opportunities.
- Prepare reports detailing donor and program impact.
- Facilitate engagement with corporations, donors, and community partners.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising or grant administration preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in time management and Microsoft Office applications.
